Scottish Parliament Elections May 2007

On 3 May 2007 there will be elections to the Scottish Parliament. Although our elected representatives at Holyrood do not have the power to legislate on abortion it is still important to find out the views and voting intentions of the prospective candidates in your area. Our MSPs do have the power to legislate on euthanasia as well as being responsible for the administration of the NHS in Scotland; therefore abortion services. In addition they are responsible for the implementation of sex education in schools and the provision of sexual health services for young people. It is essential therefore that you know where the candidates stand on these issues in order that you can cast a pro-life vote.

To make the lobbying of your candidates easier below we have provided a list of the prospective candidates standing for election.
