All you need to do to help us is, complete the Banker's
Standing Order
Form (see below) and return it to SPUC Scotland. Your donation will
be recorded on your Bank statement and will automatically be deducted
on the day you wish. If at any time you want to change the amount
on your Bankers Order, or if you want to cancel the donation, just notify
the Bank. You remain in control.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE FORM
Please fill in the name and address of your own branch
of your bank/building society and indicate how much you would like to
give and what date you would like the standing order to start. Please
then quote your full account number. At the end of the form, please
complete your name and address, sign and date the form and return it
to us at:
